I State of Capture is my report in terms of section 1821b of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa 1996 and section 31 of the Executive Members Ethics Act and section 81 of the Public Protector Act 1994. The electronic Report will however now be certainly submitted to the President during the evening tomorrow 19th June 2022.
